School Nursing Team

Cicely Haughton is extremely lucky to be able to have a school nurse available on site within the setting for one day per week from Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT)

Our current nurse is Phil Wileman and he has worked alongside and within CHS for the past five years and is very familiar with the needs and requests of our children and families and excels at gaining appropriate support where relevant.

The nursing team can support with the following aspects -

• guidance and support for health checks including height and weight
• Access and direction on referrals
• pursuit for consultations and referrals 
• General queries around health 
• Sign posting to support groups
• Support with sleep hygiene and night time routines
• Advice and referrals on wetting and soiling

This list is not exhaustive, but a sample of the aspects they can help with.
