Safeguard policy Sept 24 (under review)

Within Cicely Haughton we utilise a system called myconcern to record and monitor all safeguarding information.  All staff are trained in the use of myconcern and have regular training on the system and its capabilities. 

We will always support our parents carers and individuals and encourage an honest conversation policy where people can inform us of about any concerns and we will be honest about the actions we need to take to support the situation, individual or family. We will always work closely with any services to ensure the very best of support is offered. 

Whole school Level 1 safeguarding training is undertaken on a three yearly basis and is delivered face to face. Training updates and top ups are completed face to face or via National College where relevant and appropriate.
